About the figures on this site
The route estimator on the home page calculates theoretical propagation delay from physical constants and the assumptions printed beside it. It is not a measurement of our network, a statement that a route is covered, or a promise of the latency you will see. Performance terms are set out in section 6 of the Terms of Service.

If you find a vulnerability in our website, client or network, write to [email protected]. Please include what you found, how to reproduce it, and what an attacker could do with it.
- We will not take legal action against, or suspend the account of, anyone who reports in good faith and stays within these rules.
