Cancellation and refunds

Effective October 8, 2026. Part of the Terms of Service.

1. Cancelling

Cancel from your account page, or write to [email protected] from the email address on your account. Either way:

To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date. Uninstalling the client does not cancel the subscription.

2. Fourteen-day refund on your first payment

If the service does not work for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason. This applies once per person. It does not apply to later monthly renewals or to a subscription you start again after an earlier refund.

3. Right of withdrawal (EEA and UK consumers)

If you are a consumer living in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of the day you subscribed, without giving a reason.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement before the 14 days are over, by email to [email protected]. You may use this wording:

"I withdraw from my contract for the Vesperidys subscription. Ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Account email: [email]. Date: [date]."

We will refund every payment received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice, using the payment method you paid with, at no charge to you. Although the law allows a proportionate deduction when you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, we do not make one: you receive the full amount.

This statutory right applies alongside section 2 and is not limited by it.

4. Other refunds

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, Inc.. Once we issue a refund, your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

6. Chargebacks

If you see a charge you do not recognise, please write to [email protected] first; we can usually fix it faster than your bank can. If a chargeback is opened we suspend the account while it is investigated.
