- We record where your game packets go and how long they take. We do not inspect or keep what is inside them.
- This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers, analytics or fonts.
- We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

2. What we collect and why

Where we rely on legitimate interest, you may object (section 7). If you do not provide account and payment data we cannot provide the service.
3. What we do not do
- We do not inspect, record or store the contents of the traffic we carry.
- The client handles the traffic of supported games only. It does not read your browsing, files, messages or other applications.
- We do not sell or rent personal data, share it for advertising, or build advertising profiles.
- We do not make decisions about you by solely automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Cookies
The website at vesperidys.tech sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels or externally hosted fonts or scripts. Your account area and the checkout operated by Stripe, Inc. use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in, to complete payment and to prevent fraud; these do not require consent.
5. Who receives your data
- Stripe, Inc., to take payments. It acts as an independent controller for payment data under its own privacy policy.
- Infrastructure and network providers that host our systems or carry traffic for us, including operators of data centres, terrestrial networks and satellite links. They see the packets they carry and the addresses needed to deliver them, and act on our instructions under contract.
- Email and support tools we use to correspond with you.
- Game servers. The server you connect to receives your traffic from one of our gateway addresses instead of your own. That is how the service works.
- Authorities, where a valid and binding legal request requires it. We check each request and disclose only what it requires.
- A successor, if our business is merged or sold. We will tell you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. International transfers
The service moves traffic between countries by design, and our providers may process data outside the country where you live. Where personal data leaves the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland for a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the equivalent UK mechanism. You can ask us for a copy.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- know what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to our use of it, including any use based on legitimate interest;
- receive data you gave us in a portable format;
- withdraw consent, where we rely on it;
- not be treated worse for using any of these rights.
Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account. We reply within one month. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep data that the law requires us to keep.
If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
California residents. In the terms of the CCPA, we collect identifiers, commercial information, and internet or network activity, for the purposes in section 2. We do not sell or share personal information as those words are defined in the CCPA, and we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those the law permits without a right to limit.
8. Security
Traffic between your device and our gateways is encrypted. Access to systems holding personal data is limited to staff who need it and is protected by multi-factor authentication. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach is likely to put your rights at risk we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
9. Children
The service is not for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child under 16 has an account, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We will post changes here and change the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will email you before it takes effect.
